AVISHI CalB
Bio-Available Calcium-Boron Duo for Goats & Sheep
Calcium deficiency causes decreased muscle contraction which in turn leads to less feed intake resulting in severe negative energy balance. This leads to decrease in milk production and will impair fertility. Low blood calcium levels will lead to delay in involution, increase the chances of retained placenta, dystocia and higher incidence of uterine prolapse. Calcium is the structural component of bones and teeth, important in muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, blood clotting and enzyme activation. Without adequate calcium concentrations, tissues don’t work optimally, are subject to inflammation and susceptible to diseases.
Some of the calcium mineral products available in the market are inorganic in nature, unstable, have unreliable solubility and poor bio-availability of the mineral.
So, need for bio-available calcium supplement was felt , which resulted in biotechnology innovation called Avishi- CalB. This is a proprietory supplementation, containing bio-available Calcium along with Boron produced by a biotechnology process . This process facilitates a rapid rate of dissolution and high stability of the formulation.
