Fill the butter milk maximum 20 to 25 Liters in the vessel.

Tighten the lid with gaske

Start rotating the apparatus with help of handle. Rotate it gently. Continue rotating, until the cream depart from the butter milk.

After few minuets open the lid and the check if the butter is separated.

If found ok, Keep clean vessel at the bottom of the equipment / Tank.

Open the outlet valve and pore the butter milk in that vessel.

After few minutes butter will come up and float on the  top surface

Genteelly take out the butter in a clean vessel.

Only Butter milk without cream will remain in the vessel
