A2 Protein is found in Milk of all Desi local breed of cows. The degree of A2 protein may vary according to breeds. Gir amongst Indian breeds is supposed to have the highest A2 protein content of 98%. Thus the milk from Desi Gir Cows is most healthy & full of A2 protein. Most imported breeds of cows in India provide high quantities of Milk but with A1 protein. A1 protein is the root cause of diabeties, arthritis, cardio issues & other health issues & the same have rampantly grown in the last 2 to 3 decades.
