The cabin panels are made up of sandwich panels with 1.5 mm thick ABS ( ) Sheets and with PUF core insulation material. The density of the PUF core is 50kg/cubic meterWe do not use kemlite panels. Kemlite is a trademark for FRP panels. FRP panels are inferior in quality and do not match the performance of ABS panels.Our incubator do not require any separate cooling system for its process. Incubator do not have any cooling coils. The temperature inside the incubator is maintained with the help of fans installed inside the cabin and intake and exhaust damper system on the roof panel.Our machines need pre-treated air at around 26 degree centigrade and having around 60% RH. This air is obtained from Air Handling unit. This AHU is not in our scope of supply and it is to be arranged by the customer.Incubator trolleys are made using G I tubes and other trolley items by G I sheet.Incubator has got 6 fans each with five blades having 16 inch diameter and made up of pure Aluminium driven by 1/3 HP Single phase GE Marathon make motor. ( It is at par with Jamesway Incubator motors ) having European standard. These all items are as per our own design. We do not use any other make fan like Toshiba make fan etc.Hatcher D90 model is a hatcher of 12936 eggs capacity. The cabin details are all same. Here we use plastic hatcher trays properly reinforced by hexagonal structure. These trays are stacked on one above the other and top most tray has got wire mesh enclosure to protect the chicks in top most tray.Hatcher has got cooling coils to provide extra cooling required in hatcher. But here we use room temperature water and do not require any external water chiller unit.In both setter and hatcher the temperature and humidity is controlled by HCS controller. The controller is also designed and manufactured by us only.
